Interview Advantage
This half-day workshop is designed for job seekers, career changers and other business professionals looking to improve their communication and interview skills, master professional dining etiquette, and refine their professional image. During the workshop, participants will learn how to: create and deliver concise, compelling messages, and handle challenging questions with confidence.

Business Writing
These one-day customized workshops guide participants through the three stages of business writing: planning, research/writing and writing. The course is built around examples taken directly from the client's own publications and communication vehicles. Participants have the opportunity to practice new writing techniques and approaches in class for immediate feedback.

Message Design
Anytime we need to motivate or persuade people to take action — make a donation, close a deal, buy a product, support an issue — we must prepare a clear, concise message that quickly tells them how we feel about it, what action we want them to take, and what’s in it for them. Our message design workshops are customized to client needs, but are typically conducted in a half-day session.

Presentation Skills
We’ve helped everyone from entry level sales reps to C-level executives develop the effective presentation skills they need and clarify the messages they are delivering — so their listeners will take action. Our workshops are offered in half-day sessions for private coaching, or one-day and two-day sessions for small groups. Sessions include DVD recordings of participants for in-room or private coaching.
